Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were uncomfortably warm due to a long-standing issue, but the service from all staff members, especially Salma at Reception and Guna at Fiddler's Green, was friendly and very accommodating. The location is amazing, although they lacked enough lounge chairs at the pool on a busy Friday afternoon. The dining options were below average for a 5-star hotel. There are definitely some great features at this hotel, but there are also areas for improvement.
The hotel had clean and well-arranged rooms, but my experience was a bit mixed. The room was large, comfortable, and had effective air conditioning but unfortunately very dark with no view. Although I had requested an additional bed which resulted in a smaller room with extra charges, the overall room quality was good.
The hotel room was as expected from my previous visits, with a king size bed and a second bedroom. Unfortunately, it did not have complimentary fruit as advertised and was located at the end of a noisy corridor where I could hear loud music and the cleaners vacuuming in the morning.

The facilities were well-equipped to meet our needs, with minor issues. A valuable stay marred by cleanliness concerns but redeemed by exceptional service and dining indulgences.
